Learn and Practice: Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-based guided meditations, body movement, and breathing techniques.

Wellness Playshop: Managing Emotions in a Social or Professional Setting

Mindfulness-based guided meditations, body movement, breathing techniques, and interactive role play. 

90 or 120 minutes. 


Wellness Sessions: Mindfulness Meditation for Emotional Balance

Intended to groups of individuals suffering from emotional imbalance or mood disorders. 

Anxiety - Depression - Bipolar - Trauma/PTSD- Sleeplessness

Introductory Session (120 minutes) or 8-week Program (16 hours total).


The Art of Being - A Restorative Retreat for Women

Step into Bliss for as long as you like and stay right on a beautiful property. The Wellness Playshop: Mindfulness for Stress Reduction & Emotional Balance begins the following daily rhythm:
10am-12pm Mindfulness-based guided meditations, body movement, and breathing techniques
12pm Organic vegan lunch
12-3pm Spa Day with unlimited use of the Warm Swim Spa, Infrared Sauna, Sunny Deck Lounging, Healing Sound Relaxation Room, and Vision Boards

Retreat facilitors are Frederique Beaufils, MA, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Shoshanna Hamburg, Certified Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner & Bodywork Educator. The retreat is held at Shoshanna's beautiful home studio Stone & Spa.
